We never thought this day would come but it did. We are packed and head to the airport this afternoon. The long leg of this journey is LA to Hong Kong-14 1/2 hours. Chris is taking a gameboy and a few nights ago I got a preview of what I can expect for that 14 1/2 hours. "Ahh", "Ohh", "no", "ugh"...with a little more practice that little Mario guy won't die every 2 minutes and then hopefully fewer grunts and groans from Chris.....
Thanks to all who gave me gently used clothing to donate to the orphanage. Thanks to Dawn and Andi for knitting up some special little hats for the babies. I hope to knit a couple while we are in the air. Next post will be from Hanoi!
