Burning Down the House

So Tammy and I got back from the trip to silk village and decided the temperature was perfect for a stroll down to the grocery store about 15 minutes away. We ran up to our hotel room to regroup and then off to the market we went. We stocked up on diapers and formula and a few other items and strolled on home with Hadley asleep in the front pack. When we got off the elevator on the 8th floor where our room is we noticed a funny smell. "Gee somethings burning" I say to Tammy as we head for our hotel room. As we get closer the smell of burnt plastic intensifies. We open the hotel room door to find smoke pillowing out towards us. In the kitchen is a small sauce pan left on the stove with melted plastic bottle parts placed in what was boiling water. Needless to say, Tammy has now left me in charge of sanitizing the baby bottles and all the corresponding parts. Unfortunately Hadley really liked the Avent bottles and we had a ton of disposable sleeves for them, now we have to go bottle shopping and so far hungry little Hadley isn't a fan of the replacement bottle/nipples.
